Home Grown Filet Mignon

We are a meat eating family, so it's wonderful to have your own 'meat' grazing out in the pasture ;)
One night I decided to make filet mignon. It turned out really well.
The steak was home grown and the potatoes were homegrown but the bacon wrapped around the steak and the peas were not homegrown. I did make the mushroom gravy from scratch.

YOU CAN'T FIX STUPID!
