Wedding Pictures
Last Saturday, on December 8th about 1/3 of the Draper clan had the privilege of witnessing the exchange of the vows of holy matrimony between Marty Roberson and my good friend Rachel Fairlamb. a lot of our mutual friends weren't able to attend so I thought i'd put a few pictures up.
from left to right is ; MaryBeth Roberson, me, Hannah Fairlamb, Rachel & Marty Roberson Mike Roberson, Caleb Fairlamb and Tony Elliot
The happy couple with Rachel's parents Don and Bobbie Fairlamb
The bride and her maids
The groom and his men
Hannah made this beautiful cake. Now that's talent!
The traditional cutting of the cake
It's such a blessing to see my peers setting a godly example for our younger siblings!

Mocha Meringue
This is the dessert Abigail requested that I make on her birthday Tomorrow, it's one of our family's favorites.
Beat 3 egg whites until stiff gadually adding 1 cup of sugar, 2 t.spoon of vanilla and 1 t.spoon of vinegar. Spread meringue on 2 squares of 6x9 inch brown paper and bake for 1 hour at 275 degrees. Melt 1 cup of chocolate chips in a double broiler. take off heat and add enough cold water to make chocolate drop off the end of a spoon. Whip 1cup of heavy whipping cream and add 1 t.spoon of vanilla and 1t.spoon of instant cofee. spread half of the chocolate on one meringue and then half of the cream on top of that. stack the next meringue on top and repeat layers. sprinkle with chopped walnuts. chill for at least eight hours.
Yummie!
