Gabriel is from Texas, which is where the newly married couple will reside. We are scurrying around to make wedding preparations, since the wedding date is NOVEMBER 7, 2009. It seems that to get a decent wedding gown (the Draper ladies are not experienced enough seamstresses to attempt to make one.), It has to be ordered well in advance. As it is we had to pay extra shipping to get this one here in time to make probable alterations. We do plan, with the help of friends, to make the bridesmaids' dresses and probably the flower girls' dresses. Also to reserve a church for the event needs to be done well in advance. Ah...so much to do, so little time. What is it that the scriptures say about Martha? But Martha was cumbered about much serving, and came to him, and said, Lord, dost thou not care that my sister hath left me to serve alone? bid her therefore that she help me. And Jesus answered and said unto her, Martha, Martha, thou art careful and troubled about many things: But one thing is needful: and Mary hath chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her. Luke 10:38-42 Anyway, we are all excited about the wedding and we are also excited to have Gabriel as part of our family.
